Good afternoon City!

We’ve landed a BBQ fundraising event Melb Cup Day @ Bunnings Hawthorn (5th Nov). Allocations have been harder to acquire with a ballot system in place and we’ve taken a cancellation from another group.

This is a call out for volunteers for the day. We require 5 members posted at the BBQ at any time. We’ll split the day up into easy 2.5 hour sessions. If you are available for at any time please contact Phelpsy (0400 591 063), email the club (richmondcitycc@gmail.com) or comment your preferred session below.

Hope to see some hands raised. Always a bit of fun running the BBQ and doesn’t take up much time to help out the club. Please reach out if your available!
